# Fees

**All Vaults (excluding Lory vaults**) 

There is no deposit fee in any of the vaults. There is a withdrawal fee set at 0.5%  to prevent bad actors from going in and out of the vault quickly to reap the harvest and then leaving. The fee structure for the different strategies is: 

* Performance fee: it varies between 8-28% of gains harvested depending on the strategy of the vault. Part of it that will be used to buy back and burn LORY as a deflationary mechanism, and to be distributed to LORY holders though our LORY Vaults. Most of it will be used to give it back to holders through the GOLDEN Lory Vault.
* Strategist Fee: 1% for the creator of the strategy. 
* Network Fee: 1% for network transactions 

**What you see is what you get. All APY has already discounted all fees (except withdrawal)**

All of these fees will ultimately go towards staking LORY, thereby ensuring the sustainability and longevity of our project and benefitting LORY holders.

There is between a 0.1%-0.5% exchange fee used to buy and distribute LORY to LORY holders via Lory Space Vaults.<br>
